In accordance with US laws, we do not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21. BY USING THIS SITE YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE OVER THE AGE OF 21. We endeavor to safeguard against the delivery of alcoholic beverages to anyone who is under the age of 21.  Your use of our Website or any website linked to it, including our shop which is run by a third party entity, is reliant upon your representation that you are 21 years old or order and that the person receiving any shipments of alcoholic beverages from us (or any of our third party service providers) is 21 or over the age of 21. Credit Card Charges

On-line orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Shipping

Bodega Shipping Company is our shipping and fulfillment partner. Current shipping and handling rates are reflected on our website and are subject to change at any time.

Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we are currently unable to ship to the following states: IL, KY, LA, MI, MS, ND, NH, OK, VT, UT, AL, VA.

Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extreme temperatures: hot summers and cold winters may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. To ensure that your wines are delivered in same condition that they leave the winery, we store our wine in temperature-controlled conditions, carefully inspect bottles before they ship and hold shipments during times of extreme weather. If your order is held for weather, we will contact you by email with details and ship your order as soon as conditions allow.

We ask that you please inspect your wine as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit please let us know immediately so we may take action to remedy the situation. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays outside of our reasonable control due to circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, carrier errors, etc. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.

The transit time of your order will depend on the delivery address and shipping method. If you require delivery by or after a specific date, please contact us with additional instructions.

Federal law requires that a person over the age of 21 sign for all alcohol deliveries, there are no exceptions. To that end, we strongly recommend shipping to a business address or a UPS location. Any missed delivery attempts, re-directs and returns will put the quality of your wine at risk and fees may apply. Order changes and address corrections requested after a shipment has been initiated will be subject to applicable fees.
